The Social Network Trailer
The new trailer for the David Fincher-directed film starring Jesse Eisenberg, Justin Timberlake, Andrew Garfield, Joe Mazzello and Rashida Jones. Writer/producer Aaron Sorkin announced on his Facebook page that he is going to be writing a movie about the popular social networking site. Mark Zuckerberg created the site in 2004 at Harvard during his sophomore year. It now has over 400 million members worldwide. Eisenberg will play Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg; Timberlake will play Sean Parker, the Napster co-founder who became Facebook’s founding president; and Andrew Garfield will play Eduardo Saverin, the Facebook co-founder who fell out with Zuckerberg over money. Facebook is so old. Peoplestring is the hottest social network that will pay you.
Peoplestring will rule in 2011. Facebook doesn’t pay you but Peoplestring does pay you 70 percent revenue.
wow kickass makes a facebook….. nice
Wooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooowww……..
O.O
A motion picture about Facebook. What an amazing idea. I should make an independent film with my friends about my website.
Why does the music remind me of the first Inception teaser…..
dumb as it maybe, it is a reflection of our society’s growing obsession over voyeurism and the degeneration of our own privacy.
This looks sooo dumb
I don’t like face-book, but I do like David Fincher… I really can’t decide whether I’ll go see it yet. I mean, I guess it has more to do with the business than the site itself…I don’t know yet.
@harryisntherejustnow Thats what I said but did you see the new trailer …you can check it a trailer addicts.com. It actually looks REALLY interesting.
SO pumped to see this! I love David Fincher’s movies
@harryisntherejustnow Explain why this isn’t cinema? It’s a biopic about our current social climate. In fact, David Fincher is probably a superb choice for this.
@Manhattman Zodiac was a terrible film.
Same music from Heavy Rain
Hmm. Certainly sounds interesting I must say aha
this is just fucking silly.
what horrible path did david fincher go down after fight club that led him here?
this isn’t cinema, this is bullshit :L
@trolltacular1 genius
The movie has an intermission halfway through so everyone can check what their crops are at on Farmville.
@TheRandomKidz1 i stand corrected.
@kathaaay09 no the minesweeper movie is.
EZDIA is also a networking site where you Signup and Start Earning ,
as well as you can create your own Knowledge Bucket and Post content
and get Paid for that.
make money w/ your twitter account! msg me 4 the link
eZdia is a networking site like linkedin. But unlike linkedin it allows users to update their resumes i.e skills in the knowledge bucket pool. If you develop or learn new you skills one has to simply update them in the knowledge bucket and the new skills will be added to the already existing ones.
only “social network” i use it xfire, and i guess youtube if you would consider it a social network, because it kinda is.
I have stopped using sites like twitter, each ‘droplet’ of info is recorded. these sites are all scanned. Also if you use an encrypted pc from ibm/ microsoft with its ‘cool’ print recognition system , it can track everything . if innocent and not worth monitoring it is stored or sold to consumer and advertising companies.
I have found a new p2p network called Global Herald Network that let people share information with peers all over the world. If you have a question, an opinion or something you want to promote, you can post it on the network with the free client software Herald for peers to find and read. A person only need to make 1 post to reach everyone on the network. This new p2p network is different, and its awesome.
Social Networking can have many benefits when a network is designed properly. We design many social networks that help businesses work together more efficiently.
Yes, these services has made my personal and professional life better. I use them, Twitter and Jaiku, all the time.
theres definitely a benefit of social networking imo- I like ViewMyLife a lot for their photosharing too- i dont know anyone else that lets you upload unlimited photos and media files at no cost, anyone else using it?
What do you think about the political/informative side of internetworks? Is it worth the ‘social’ prefix?
Thanks
also a travesty of the use of the word ‘alchemy’
I am so glad I don’t belong to the generation using these services….We could all benefit from more time alone contemplating, reading books etc.
agreed
we tend to glamorize/romanticize the connections that happen online. at the very best they lead to meeting real people and forging real connections, but that is rare.
it’s used for ‘networking’ for our ‘careers’ or for our lives as consumers–that’s the ‘value’ as the speaker says
work/consume/work/consume/work/consume….
Really? I was afraid of that based on the heading and now refuse to watch the video. The word social networking in a new and great context is a lie because it has not been done, not in the Internet nor in the society. ForaTV, think please.
so the ‘magic’ of social networking is that it helps us be better consumers…i feel ill….
